You feel that you could help many more companies. Which is true as now is the time to scale. Don’t get me wrong, we all have 24 hours in a day so as a consequence we can only do that much in terms of productivity. You can first find a partner who specializes in a complementary aspect of your activity. The two that are the most evident are either bot building or sales. We would recommend you to find sales people when you already proved that your current sales cycle is working. Scaling too soon can lead to a disaster.
You can only scale on what is currently generating positive results. Don’t skip the steps of your agency’s development. If it is too soon, you’ll just feel overwhelmed. Building up a team is passionating and empowering but requires a lot of time and efforts. Your agency should have a quality standard you’re striving for, that means spending time to teach them, train them so they can evolve in their chatbot journey.
TIPS: Another way of scaling is the use of bot templates so you can provide to more clients of your niche with less efforts. A template is easy to download and adapt to each of your customers. Use the internet for networking, use social media to meet like minded people by sharing knowledge and asking questions. Join groups, follow pages, blogs, forums in the chatbot field.
